Three newcomers to our Procura user base demonstrate how well suited the invoice process solution is to a number of industry sectors. We’re delighted to be working with The Economist Group (Media). Oval (Financial Services), and instore (Retail).
The Economist is one of the world’s most authoritative publications. The company has opted for a packaged Procura solution to support local document scanning plus centralised invoice storage in London. The solution enables The Economist to leverage its investment in Peoplesoft, with Procura embedding invoice images inside the Peoplesoft workflow.
‘Top 100 Broker’, Oval, is now one of the UK’s fastest-growing providers of insurance broking and financial services. Its recent challenge has been to manage the increasing volume of supplier invoices generated in respect of its 20 group companies.
instore plc operates a countrywide network of retail outlets under the instore and Poundstretcher fascias. The company combines exceptional variety and keen prices in a wide product range that includes electrical goods, home furnishings, family-wide fashion and toys.
Integration between invoice automation and CODA was imperative for both Oval and instore, and CODA recommended Image Integrators as the supplier best able to meet their needs. The result of our partnership is a tightly-coupled solution that exploits our clients’ investment in CODA.
