Its UK trading arm, with its 16 brands and a £2.8bn turnover, has increasingly turned to document management and process automation to introduce efficiencies into a business with its sights set on further growth.

Netfold UK

Netfold UK was finding it challenging to manage the huge amount of paperwork commonly generated through the proof-of-delivery signature process. Difficulties included retrieving documents in order to respond efficiently to incoming customer queries, and generally locating lost or misplaced PODs. The Image Integrators’ solution has given immediate online document access to everyone within the Netfold UK network.
