Investors in People
For an organisation to succeed, everyone has to perform well, equipped with the right knowledge, skills and motivation to work efficiently. Our achievement of 'Investors in People' accreditation demonstrates that we achieve success through our people and have structured our business to empower them and put their talents to best use.
For our technical project management, we adhere to the Prince2 structured methodology. Recognised universally, Prince2 is an excellent discipline and framework for technical success.
We also work to ITIL, the most widely-accepted approach to IT service management. ITIL provides best practice, drawn from the public and private sectors internationally.
Based upon ITIL is the 'gold standard' for service management, ISO 20000. This provides an integrated framework for delivering and managing IT services. We are working actively towards ISO 20000 accreditation.

Recent years have seen our docStore and Procura solutions shortlisted for a number of awards, from Information Management to European Retail Solutions.
Partners, too, have recognised our contribution to their businesses. In autumn 2007, we were proud to receive a Special Achievement award from DICOM Technologies, now Kofax plc. This recognised our contribution to the Xtrata Pro Early Adopter programme and its successful implementation for a Tier 1 department store client.
In November 2007, our customer Screwfix Direct secured the prestigious Retail Systems 2007 'Back Office Solution of the Year' award based upon its use of our Procura technology. This was a real 'feather in the cap' for both our companies.
